Olympus/Panasonic will be announcing a
Whole Frame camera next September in Photokina.
According to the rumor the new camera will have a sensor of 18.7 x 18.7 mm allowing you to shoot from 3:2 to 2:3 while still remaining compatible will all 4/3rds lenses.
The sensor will have a total of 10MP (larger pixels than 10MP E3 I presume!) and would be made by Panasonic.
